Method:
Place the raspberries and ice in a tumbler, add the Chambord and crème de cassis. Top up with cava or champagne and stir gently with a bar spoon. Serve with a sprig of mint

20ml Chambord raspberry liqueur
20ml crème de cassis
6 raspberries
Cava or champagne
Sprig of mint
A little crushed ice
